This spacious three-room apartment is ideally located in the charming 15th arrondissement of Paris. Benefiting from a ground-floor location, it is in a quiet street close to the convention district, which is very commercial and full of restaurants, boutiques and cinema… Prepare to enjoy incomparable comfort and total immersion in the unrivalled ambience of one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

Presenting an exclusive three-room apartment, entirely dedicated to your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated in 2023, this apartment is located on the first floor. You’ll find two double beds, a modern kitchen and a shower room fully equipped to meet your every need.

The apartment offers easy access to public transport systems such as the metro, bus and bicycles, and opens onto a leafy inner courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a Nespresso machine.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, one bed measures 160X200, while the other is 140×200. The sofa bed (140×200) offers a higher level of comfort, making it ideal for everyday use.

A key box is available from 3 pm to 8 pm for arrivals. Outside these hours, on request.

I will ask you to leave the premises before 11am and to return the keys to the key box.
